본 이용약관(이하 “약관”)은 FLUXVEGA(이하 “회사”, “당사”, “FLUXVEGA”)가 운영하는 웹사이트 및 온라인 스토어(이하 “사이트”)의 이용과, 사이트를 통해 제공되는 상품 및 서비스의 구매에 적용됩니다.

사이트에 접속하거나 이를 이용하거나, 사이트를 통해 주문을 진행하는 경우, 이용자는 본 약관 및 사이트에 게시된 관련 정책에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우, 사이트 이용을 중단하여야 합니다.

사이트의 운영을 방해하거나 보안을 침해하는 행위
자동화 수단, 봇, 스크래핑, 크롤링, 해킹, 악성 코드 유포 등 비정상적인 방법으로 사이트에 접근하는 행위
사이트 내 이미지, 텍스트, 로고, 디자인, 상품 설명 등 콘텐츠를 무단 복제, 배포, 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
기타 관계 법령, 공서양속 또는 상거래 질서에 반하는 행위

당사는 위와 같은 행위가 확인되는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 주문 취소, 서비스 이용 제한 또는 기타 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

4. 상품 정보 및 재고

당사는 사이트에 상품의 이미지, 설명, 실측, 상태 정보, 가격, 재고 등 관련 정보를 최대한 정확하게 제공하기 위해 노력합니다. 다만 입력 과정의 오기재, 이미지와 실제 상품 간 표현 차이, 색상 또는 질감 인식 차이, 시스템상 표시 오류, 일시적인 재고 불일치 등이 발생할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 상품 구매 전 상품 상세 페이지 및 관련 정책을 충분히 검토하여야 하며, 당사는 불가피한 정보 오류 또는 수정 필요성이 있는 경우 관련 내용을 정정하거나 주문을 취소할 수 있습니다.

5. 주문의 성립

주문은 결제가 정상적으로 완료된 시점에 성립합니다.

결제 완료 이전에는 재고 확보가 보장되지 않으며, 동일 상품에 대하여 동시 주문이 발생한 경우 먼저 결제가 완료된 주문이 우선 처리됩니다.

특히 빈티지 상품, 아카이브 상품, 1점물 상품의 경우 재고 수량이 제한적이므로, 결제 완료 이전 단계에서는 상품 확보가 확정되지 않습니다.

6. 주문 변경, 취소 및 회사의 취소 권한

주문 완료 후 옵션, 수량, 배송지, 연락처 등 주문 내용을 변경하고자 하는 경우, 가능한 한 빠르게 공식 문의 채널을 통해 요청하여야 합니다.

다만 출고 준비가 시작되었거나 송장 등록이 완료된 이후에는 변경 또는 취소가 제한될 수 있습니다.

당사는 다음 각 호의 사유가 있는 경우 주문을 취소할 수 있습니다.

상품 정보 오기재
재고 수량 오류 또는 중복 판매
시스템 장애 또는 결제 오류
출고 전 검수 과정에서 확인된 상품 손상 또는 중대한 상태 이상
배송 불가 지역 또는 배송 수행이 현저히 곤란한 경우
비정상적 주문, 허위 정보 기재, 결제 이상 징후, 재판매 목적의 대량 주문 등 정상 거래로 보기 어려운 경우
기타 불가피한 운영상 사유가 있는 경우

이 경우 당사는 주문자에게 안내 후 이미 결제된 금액을 환불합니다.

7. 가격 및 결제

사이트 내 상품 가격은 별도 표기가 없는 한 해당 페이지에 표시된 통화 기준에 따릅니다.

가격, 재고, 제공 조건은 예고 없이 변경될 수 있으며, 이는 변경 이전에 이미 성립한 주문에는 원칙적으로 소급 적용되지 않습니다. 다만 오류 정정이나 재고 문제 등 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 예외가 있을 수 있습니다.

결제 승인 이후에도 재고 오류, 상품 상태 문제, 시스템상 중복 주문 등 부득이한 사유가 확인될 경우 주문이 취소될 수 있습니다.

8. 배송 및 출고

모든 주문은 결제 완료 후 순차적으로 처리됩니다.

일반적으로 주문 상품은 결제 완료일로부터 1–3영업일 이내 출고되며, 주말 및 공휴일은 출고일 산정에서 제외됩니다. 평일 오후 일정 시각 이후 접수된 주문은 다음 영업일부터 출고 일정이 산정될 수 있습니다.

또한 빈티지 상품 및 1점물 상품의 특성상 출고 전 최종 상태 확인 및 간단한 검수 과정이 진행될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 출고가 다소 지연될 수 있습니다.

국내 배송은 출고 후 통상 1–3영업일 내 완료되나, 택배사 물류 상황, 기상 조건, 지역 사정 등에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

해외 배송은 출고 후 통상 5–14영업일 정도 소요될 수 있으며, 국가별 통관 절차 및 현지 배송 환경에 따라 기간이 달라질 수 있습니다.

배송 기간은 일반적인 예상치일 뿐, 특정 도착일을 보장하는 것은 아닙니다.

9. 배송지 정보 오류, 반송 및 재배송

주문서에 기재된 배송지 정보의 오기재, 수취인 부재, 연락 불가, 수취 거절, 통관정보 미제공 등으로 인해 배송 지연, 반송 또는 추가 비용이 발생하는 경우 그 책임은 주문자에게 있습니다.

해당 사유로 상품이 반송되는 경우, 왕복 배송비, 통관 관련 비용, 보관료, 처리비 등 실제 발생 비용은 주문자가 부담하여야 하며, 재발송을 원하는 경우 추가 배송비가 청구될 수 있습니다.

필요한 경우 당사는 위 비용을 환불금에서 차감할 수 있습니다.

10. 국제 배송 관련 세금 및 통관

해외 주문의 경우 관세, 수입부가세, 통관 수수료, 대행 수수료, 기타 국가별 제세금이 발생할 수 있으며, 별도 고지가 없는 한 이는 수취인 부담입니다.

해외 주문이 통관 문제, 수입세 미납, 수취 거절, 수취인 측 미조치 등으로 인해 거부, 폐기 또는 반송되는 경우, 배송비, 반송비, 통관비, 처리비 등 실제 발생 비용은 환불금에서 차감될 수 있습니다.

11. 교환 및 반품

상품 수령 후 교환 또는 반품을 원하는 경우, 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 공식 문의 채널을 통해 접수하여야 합니다. 사전 접수 없이 임의 반송된 상품은 처리되지 않을 수 있습니다.

다음의 경우에 한하여 교환 또는 반품이 가능합니다.

주문한 상품과 실제 수령 상품이 다른 경우
상품 페이지에 고지되지 않은 중대한 하자가 확인된 경우
배송 과정에서 현저한 파손이 발생한 경우
기타 관련 소비자 보호 법령상 청약철회가 가능한 경우

다음 각 호의 경우 교환 및 반품이 제한되거나 거절될 수 있습니다.

상품 수령 후 7일이 경과한 경우
착용, 세탁, 수선, 변형, 훼손, 오염 등이 발생한 경우
향수, 화장품, 체취, 섬유탈취제, 세제, 담배 냄새 등 사용 흔적이 남은 경우
상품 택, 포장재, 구성품이 훼손 또는 누락된 경우
주문자의 책임 있는 사유로 상품 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
상품 상세 페이지에 사전 고지된 빈티지 특성 및 상태가 사유인 경우
프리오더, 주문제작, 커스텀 상품 등 재판매가 어려운 상품인 경우

단순 변심, 사이즈 미스, 색상 또는 질감에 대한 주관적 차이, 이미지에 기반한 기대 차이 등은 원칙적으로 주문자 사유에 해당합니다.

12. 환불

반품 상품이 당사에 도착한 후 상태 확인이 완료되면 환불 절차가 진행됩니다.

환불 승인 이후 실제 환불 완료 시점은 결제 수단, 카드사, PG사, 은행, 플랫폼 등의 처리 일정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

단순 변심 또는 주문자 사유에 의한 반품의 경우, 아래 비용이 차감된 후 환불될 수 있습니다.

반송비, 통관 관련 비용 등 기타 실제 발생 비용

무료배송으로 제공된 주문이라 하더라도, 반품 후 최종 구매 조건이 무료배송 기준에 미달하는 경우 최초 배송비가 공제될 수 있습니다.

판매자 귀책 사유가 인정되는 경우에는 해당 비용을 당사가 부담합니다.

13. 빈티지 상품 특성 및 상태 고지

FLUXVEGA에서 판매되는 일부 상품은 빈티지, 아카이브 또는 1점물 상품입니다.

이들 상품은 새 상품이 아니며, 시간의 흐름에 따른 자연스러운 사용감, 소재 변화, 개체별 상태 차이를 포함할 수 있습니다.

당사는 상품 상세 페이지에 실측, 상태 설명, 디테일 이미지, 눈에 띄는 사용 흔적 등을 가능한 한 구체적으로 기재하고자 노력합니다. 다만 아래 사항은 별도 고지가 없는 한 빈티지 상품의 일반적 특성으로 간주될 수 있습니다.

위와 같은 특성은 중대한 하자가 아닌 한 교환, 반품 또는 환불 사유로 인정되지 않을 수 있습니다.

14. 사이즈 및 실측 안내

상품 상세 페이지에 기재된 실측은 평평한 상태에서 측정한 기준값이며, 측정 방식, 위치, 소재 특성 등에 따라 약간의 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다.

브랜드 표기 사이즈와 실제 착용감은 상품의 연식, 구조, 소재, 패턴, 브랜드별 기준 등에 따라 다를 수 있으므로, 구매 전 반드시 실측 정보를 우선 확인하여야 합니다.

사이즈 미스 또는 착용감에 대한 개인적 기대 차이는 원칙적으로 주문자 판단의 영역에 속하며, 단순 변심 사유로 처리될 수 있습니다.

15. 고객 응대 및 커뮤니케이션 제한

문의는 공식 문의 채널을 통해 접수된 순서대로 처리됩니다.

주말, 공휴일, 임시 휴무일 또는 문의량이 많은 기간에는 답변 및 처리 속도가 지연될 수 있습니다.

주문 관련 문의 시 이용자는 주문자명, 주문번호 및 문의 내용을 함께 제공하여야 합니다.

욕설, 폭언, 위협, 반복적인 악성 문의, 허위 주장 또는 정상적인 거래 범위를 벗어난 요구가 확인될 경우, 당사는 응대를 제한하거나 주문을 취소할 수 있습니다.

16. 지식재산권

사이트에 게시된 모든 콘텐츠에는 텍스트, 로고, 이미지, 그래픽, 상품 설명, 디자인, 레이아웃, 프로젝트 설명, 아카이브 자료 등이 포함되며, 별도 표시가 없는 한 FLUXVEGA 또는 정당한 권리자에게 권리가 있습니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the general conditions for using the Site and purchasing products offered through FLUXVEGA, including matters related to orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, vintage product characteristics, customer responsibilities, and other operational policies.

2. Scope and Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms apply to the general use of the Site.

Additional policies posted on the Site, including but not limited to Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific notices, form part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a more specific policy, the more specific policy will govern with respect to that issue.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

provide false, misleading, or stolen information when placing an order or using the Site
interfere with or disrupt the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure
attempt unauthorized access, scraping, crawling, data extraction, hacking, or transmission of malicious code
misuse the ordering, payment, inventory, or customer service systems

FLUXVEGA reserves the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take other appropriate action if such conduct is identified.

4. Product Information and Availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, measurements, pricing, and stock information as accurately as possible. However, errors, omissions, delays in updates, display differences, or inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur.

Colors, textures, and details may appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings, device conditions, or individual perception.

All products are subject to availability. FLUXVEGA reserves the right to correct any listing error, update information, or cancel an order if inaccurate product or stock information has been posted.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed.

Items are not reserved before payment confirmation. If multiple customers attempt to purchase the same item, priority goes to the first completed payment.

This is particularly important for vintage, archival, and one-of-a-kind items, which are often available in limited quantity.

6. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Our Right to Refuse or Cancel

If you need to change shipping information, contact details, quantities, or product options after placing an order, you must contact FLUXVEGA as soon as possible through the official contact channel.

However, once an order has entered preparation, inspection, packing, or dispatch, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

FLUXVEGA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:

stock error or duplicated sale
product listing mistake or pricing error
system issue or payment issue
damage or significant condition issue discovered before dispatch
suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or non-standard order behavior
delivery impossibility or operational difficulty
any other unavoidable reason affecting normal fulfillment

If an order is canceled after payment, the paid amount will be refunded.

7. Prices and Payments

All prices shown on the Site are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

Prices, availability, and product conditions may change without prior notice. Such changes do not affect orders already confirmed through completed payment, except where correction or cancellation is necessary due to error, stock issue, or operational impossibility.

Even after payment is authorized, an order may still be canceled if stock error, duplicate sale, listing mistake, or product condition issues are discovered.

8. Shipping and Dispatch

All orders are processed after payment is completed.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after a certain hour on a business day may begin processing from the following business day.

Because FLUXVEGA may offer vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, each order may go through a brief final check before dispatch. This process may occasionally extend the handling time.

Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, but timing may vary depending on courier conditions, weather, and regional circumstances.

International deliveries typically take 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

9. Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery, Returned Parcels, and Reshipment

If a package is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, refusal, failure to respond, failure to provide customs information, or any other customer-side issue, the responsibility falls on the customer.

Any shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, handling, or other actual costs incurred in such cases may be charged separately or deducted from the refund.

If reshipment is requested after return, additional shipping charges may apply.

10. International Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other country-specific charges may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned due to customs issues, unpaid import charges, missing customs information, or recipient-side inaction, any shipping, return, customs, handling, or related actual expenses may be deducted from the refund.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all purchases should be reviewed carefully before ordering.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery through the designated official contact channel. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following cases:

the wrong item was delivered
the item has a significant defect not disclosed in the product description
the item was seriously damaged in transit
the return is otherwise required under applicable consumer law

Returns or exchanges may be refused if:

the request is made more than 7 days after delivery
the item has been worn, washed, altered, repaired, damaged, or soiled
any scent of perfume, cosmetics, smoke, detergent, deodorizer, or body odor remains
tags, packaging, or original components are missing or damaged
the item has lost resale value due to the customer’s handling
the reason is based on vintage characteristics already disclosed in the listing
the item was made to order, customized, pre-ordered, or otherwise non-returnable by nature

A change of mind, sizing issue, subjective difference in color or texture, or expectations based on styling images do not automatically qualify as valid reasons for return or exchange.

12. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once approved, the timing of the refund depends on the original payment provider, card issuer, bank, payment gateway, or platform.

For returns caused by customer preference or other customer-side reasons, the refund amount may be reduced by:

original shipping costs
return shipping costs
customs, handling, or other actual expenses incurred during the process

If the order originally qualified for free shipping, the initial shipping cost may still be deducted when the return causes the final order value to fall below that threshold.

If the return is approved due to an error on our side, the relevant costs will be covered by FLUXVEGA.

13. Vintage Notice and Product Condition

Many items offered through FLUXVEGA are vintage, archival, or one of a kind.

They are not factory-new products. Signs of age, natural wear, small irregularities, and subtle material changes are part of the reality of vintage clothing and objects.

We do our best to provide clear measurements, close-up images, condition notes, and visible details for each item. However, unless otherwise stated, the following may be considered normal vintage characteristics:

minor scratches
slight marks, fading, or discoloration
light wear, pilling, or creasing
natural aging of fabric or trim
oxidation on metal hardware
small measurement deviations

Such characteristics are not automatically treated as defects and may not qualify as valid reasons for return, exchange, or refund.

14. Sizing and Measurements

All measurements are taken with the item laid flat and should be understood as approximate.

Fit may vary depending on age, construction, fabric, cut, brand standard, and condition. Tagged size should not be treated as the only reference. Customers are strongly advised to review the listed measurements before placing an order.

Sizing issues or personal fit expectations are considered customer-side decisions and may not qualify for return or exchange.

15. Customer Service and Communication

All inquiries are handled in the order they are received through the official contact channel.

Response times may be slower on weekends, holidays, temporary closures, or during periods of high inquiry volume.

When contacting us about an order, please include your name, order number, and a clear description of the issue.

Abusive language, threats, repeated malicious claims, fraudulent assertions, or unreasonable demands outside the normal scope of customer service may result in restricted communication or order cancellation.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, layouts, product descriptions, design elements, photographs, project narratives, and archive materials, is owned by FLUXVEGA or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, displayed, or commercially used without prior written permission from FLUXVEGA.

17. Third-Party Services

The Site may include or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors, shipping carriers, platform providers, apps, hosting services, or linked external websites.

Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. FLUXVEGA is not responsible for the content, availability, delay, failure, or performance of third-party services beyond our direct control, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FLUXVEGA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

use of or inability to use the Site
temporary interruption, delay, display error, system issue, or technical malfunction
courier delays, customs delays, payment processing issues, or failures caused by third parties
screen differences, device settings, or customer interpretation of product appearance
events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemic, governmental action, or logistics disruption
customer-side error, negligence, or breach of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLUXVEGA from any loss, damage, claim, liability, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
