배송 안내

FLUXVEGA의 모든 주문은 결제 완료 후 순차적으로 확인 및 출고됩니다.
아래 정책은 국내 및 해외 주문에 공통 적용되며, 상품 유형 및 배송 국가에 따라 일부 조건이 달라질 수 있습니다.

1. 출고

  • 결제 완료 후 1–2영업일 이내 출고를 원칙으로 합니다.
    (주말및 공휴일 제외)*

  • 평일 14:00 이후 결제 건은 다음 영업일부터 출고 일정이 산정될 수 있습니다.

  • 빈티지 상품 특성상, 출고 전 기본 검수 및 주문 정보 확인 절차가 진행될 수 있습니다.

  • 아래와 같은 경우에는 출고가 지연될 수 있으며, 필요 정보가 모두 확인된 시점부터 출고 일정이 다시 산정됩니다.

    • 배송지 정보 오류 또는 누락

    • 연락처 오류

    • 해외 통관에 필요한 정보 미제공

    • 기타 주문 확인이 필요한 경우

2. 국내 배송

  • 국내 주문은 출고 후 1–3영업일 내 배송을 예상합니다.

  • 실제 배송 일정은 택배사 물량, 기상 상황, 지역 사정 및 기타 외부 요인에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

  • 제주, 도서산간 및 일부 지역은 일반 배송보다 추가 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

3. 해외 배송

  • 해외 주문은 출고 후 5–14영업일 내 배송을 예상합니다.

  • 해외 배송은 통관 절차, 현지 배송사 사정, 국가별 규정에 따라 지연될 수 있습니다.

  • 국가별 관부가세, 부가세, 통관 수수료 및 기타 수입 관련 비용이 발생할 수 있으며, 별도 고지가 없는 한 수취인 부담입니다.

  • 수취인의 통관 정보 미제출, 수취 거절, 장기 부재 등으로 배송이 지연되거나 반송되는 경우, 이에 따른 추가 비용은 수취인이 부담할 수 있습니다.

4. 배송 추적

  • 출고가 완료되면 운송장 번호 또는 트래킹 정보가 제공됩니다.

  • 배송 상태는 해당 운송장 기준으로 확인 가능합니다.

  • 운송장 등록 이후의 실제 배송 이동은 택배사 또는 운송사 시스템 기준으로 반영됩니다.

5. 배송 지연

  • 아래와 같은 경우 출고 또는 배송이 지연될 수 있습니다.

    • 주문량 증가

    • 검수 과정에서 추가 확인이 필요한 경우

    • 택배사 및 운송사 사정

    • 기상 악화, 천재지변, 통관 지연 등 불가항력적 사유

  • 지연이 확인되는 경우 가능한 범위 내에서 별도 안내를 제공합니다.

Shipping

All FLUXVEGA orders are processed and dispatched sequentially after payment confirmation.
The following policy applies to both domestic and international orders, though certain conditions may vary depending on the product type and destination country.

1. Dispatch

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    (Excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders placed after 14:00 (KST) on business days may begin processing from the next business day.

  • Due to the nature of vintage items, a basic condition check and order verification may take place before dispatch.

  • Dispatch may be delayed in the following cases, and the dispatch timeline will restart only after all required information has been fully confirmed:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

    • Incorrect contact information

    • Missing customs information for international shipments

    • Any other case requiring order verification

2. Domestic Shipping

  • Domestic orders within Korea are generally expected to arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier volume, weather conditions, regional circumstances, and other external factors.

  • Deliveries to 제주, island, or remote areas may require additional time.

3. International Shipping

  • International orders are generally expected to arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch.

  • International delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, local carrier conditions, and country-specific regulations.

  • Customs duties, VAT, clearance fees, and any other import-related charges may apply depending on the destination country and, unless otherwise stated, are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If delivery is delayed or returned due to missing customs information, refusal of receipt, or prolonged absence by the recipient, any resulting additional costs may be charged to the recipient.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number or shipment tracking information will be provided.

  • Shipment status can be checked using the tracking information issued for your order.

  • Any shipping updates after tracking registration are based on the courier or carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Dispatch or delivery may be delayed under the following circumstances:

    • A high volume of orders

    • Additional inspection or verification during processing

    • Courier or carrier-related issues

    • Weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays, or other force majeure events

  • If a significant delay is confirmed, notice will be provided whenever possible.
